The Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS), Lieutenant General Thomas Oppong-Peprah, and his entourage have visited Ghana’s High Commissioner to Nigeria, Vice Admiral (Rtd) Seth Amoama, on Wednesday, 20 November 2024. The visit formed part of the CDS’s itinerary for the opening ceremony of the African Military Games in Abuja. During the interaction, Vice Admiral Amoama expressed optimism about the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) sports team’s performance and wished them success in the tournament. Lieutenant General Oppong-Peprah thanked Vice Admiral Amoama for his support and expressed confidence that the GAF team would replicate the successes achieved during the African Games held in Accra.
