ACTS COMMENCES ADVANCED DRILL AND DUTIES COURSE

Second batch of the Advanced Drill and Duties Course 2025 kicks off

The Army Combat Training School (ACTS) has held an opening ceremony for its second batch of the Advanced Drill and Duties Course 2025 on Monday, 29 September 2025 at the Buchanan Hall, Headquarters Army Training Command.

The course is made up of Warrant Officers (WOs) and Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) drawn from the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) and would train participants in Leadership, Foot and Arms Drill Discipline, Unit Administration, International Affairs, and all forms of Military parades and ceremonies.

The Commander, Army Training Command (ATRAC), Brigadier General Joshua Amanor stressed the need for the participants to be of good behaviour, urging them to make the most of the opportunity given by their respective Services.



He urged participants to take the lessons seriously in order to excel on the course.

Also participating in the course are personnel drawn from Ghana Police Service, and the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority.
