Services Integrity Savings and Loans Limited (SIS&L) has commissioned its 8th operational branch at Aggrey Barracks, home of 10 Mechanized Battalion, Wa in the Upper West Region on Thursday, 11 July 2024.

The financial institution tailored for the military community would also be opened to the general public.

Speaking at the ceremony, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) Northern Command, Brigadier General (Brig Gen) Frank Nartey Tei averred that the opening of a new branch by SIS&L indicates the company's steady growth in a sector that had been plagued with significant challenges in the recent past.

He further stated that since the establishment of SIS&L in 2016, the company had showcased the right attitude and commitment to making impact, and strides in the banking sector, thus, making it a financial institution of choice for the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) and to the general public.

Brig Gen Tei further made a clarion call for all military personnel, both serving and retired and to support and patronise SIS&L since the success of the company was inherently linked with GAF.

The Chief Executive Officer, SIS&L, Mrs Lydia Daddi stated that opening of the branch signified the long-term commitment of SIS&L to delivering innovative banking services powered by superior customer experiences to cherished customers. 

She said the company had consistently posted profits since its inception due to their robust corporate governance and risk management practices. She further added that SIS&L's performance was rooted in a unique business model, solid capital base, unwavering support of the Military High Command, patronage of customers and a dedicated staff.

The ceremony was witnessed by the Commanding Officer, 10 Mechanized Battalion, Lieutenant Colonel Godfred Asampong, personnel from other sister security services and also personnel from other financial institutions in the region.
