The Commanding Officer (CO) of the Ghana Armed Forces Military Police Lieutenant Colonel Persi Odartey Lamptey has urged participants of the Military Police course 1-23 to utilised the knowledge they acquired effectively.

He sounded the clarion call as the Guest of Honour for the closing ceremony for the Military Police Advanced Course 1-23 held at the Support Service Log Base in Burma Camp Accra on Friday 26 January, 2024.

Lt Col Lamptey, congratulated the students for demonstrating commitment, dedication, and the knowledge in the field of policing while thanking them for successfully completing the course. He therefore expressed gratitude to the instructors for their unwavering dedication and professionalism during the course.

The three months course attracted 46 participants. It covered policing, security, investigation, and professional detachment management skills. At the end of the three-month intensive course, Staff Sergeant Fiamegu Mascow Tony, Staff Sergeant Adzevie Justice Agbeko and Sergeant Komabu Edwin emerged first, second and third respectively.

The participants donated a laptop and a mannequin to the school in order to improve teaching methods.
