The Commandant indicated that the purpose of the visit was to foster greater cooperation with the Ghana Armed Forces. Major General Osei-Owusu welcomed the delegation and assured them of the willingness of the Ghana Armed Forces to strengthen the existing cooperation, noting that, Ghana and Kenya share a long history of friendship and partnership in security. 
A delegation from the Kenya Defence Force, led by the Commandant of the Joint Command and Staff College, Major General Eric Kinuthia, called on the Chief of Staff Major General Prince Joseph Osei-Owusu at the General Headquarters on Monday 11 March, 2024.
