She uncovered the myth that certain lifestyles and diets can help manage prostate cancer, suggesting that prevention involves managing stress, maintaining a healthy weight, avoiding fatty foods and increasing vegetable intake.Prostate cancer survivor Kwaku Sintim Misah, urged men to prioritise their health to prevent similar medical issues. He hinted that the process of prostate cancer treatment can be extremely uncomfortable for men, but not comparable to the pain experienced when detected late.
