The Embraer Group of Companies from Brazil has paid a courtesy call on the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS) Leiutenant General (Lt Gen )Thomas Oppong-Peprah at the General Headquarters on Wednesday 13 March, 2024. The Charge D’affairs at the Brazilian High Commission, Her Excellency Louisa Babosa led the delegation. She said the Group aimes to strengthen its cooperation with the Ghana Armed Forces in the areas of military hardware, intelligence and surveillance capabilities. The CDS noted, Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has a longstanding relationship with Brazil and welcomed further engagements. He emphasized GAF's interest in technology transfer, capacity building and better intelligence gathering capabilities.
