The Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS), Lieutenant General Thomas Oppong-Peprah, and the 1981-83 year group of Prempeh College have donated medical equipment worth Sixty Thousand Nine Hundred and Ten Cedis (₵60,910.00) to their alma mater on Friday, 27 September 2024.

Presenting the equipment ahead of the school's 75th anniversary celebration, Deputy Chief of Staff Medical, Major General Raymond Ewusi, appealed to the Old Boys to continue supporting and giving back to the school, encouraging them to be inspired by its values and achievements. He further advised the students to seize opportunities, overcome challenges, and strive to associate the school's name with greatness. He emphasised that the anniversary should inspire renewed commitment to excellence and foster a deeper connection to the principles of unity, discipline, and academic excellence.

The headmaster, Very Rev Lewis Asare, expressed gratitude to the CDS and his year group for their generous gesture, noting that the equipment would greatly assist in addressing medical needs. He also appealed to other alumni for additional support.
