The Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS) Lieutenant General Thomas Oppong-Peprah has delegated his Gender Policy Advisor, Group Captain (Gp Capt) Theodora Agornyo to donate sanitary pads to teen girls in some selected schools in 5 Garrison on Thursday 25 July, 2024. Gp Capt Agornyo appreciated the Filgrow Group of Companies for targeting and supporting young girls in low-income areas with feminine hygiene products to enable them have comfortable and convenient alternative to traditional methods of managing their menstrual cycles. The beneficiary schools include Base Workshop,1Signal Regiment, Gondar, Arakan, 5BN, Flagstaff House, 37 Military Hospital, Wajir Barracks “A” and Field Engineer “A” and “B” Basic Schools.
