GAFCSC Inducts Senior Division Course 40 Students

30 September 2018.   The Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFCSC), has duly inducted 68 students of Senior Division Course 40 into the College for 2018/2019 academic year at the Otu Barracks, Teshie on Sunday, 30 September 2018.

The students of the Senior Division Course will undertake the Past Staff Course (PSC) in addition to Masters in Defence and International Politics (MDIP).

The Guest of Honour for the occasion, Brigadier General Adjetey Annan (Rtd) in his remarks reminded the students that the profession they had chosen thrived on uprightness, integrity and exceptional performance.

He further stated that even though the course duration was eleven months, they had no time on their hands because “no one has enough time to do all he wants to do,” hence the need for them to manage their time well.

Brig Gen Annan (rtd) encouraged the inductees to maintain a very high military standard without compromising their integrity while in the college and after graduation. He urged them to support each other and maintain professional camaraderie.

The officiating clergy Major PN Doudu speaking on the theme “Enlightenment through Knowledge” advised the inductees to be focused and as they went through their career progression course they should not limit the education and knowledge acquired to the walls of the college but should extend it to wherever they found themselves.
