As part of Land Combat Power Week, the Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), Major General Lawrence Gbetanu has lectured students of the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College Senior Division Course 47.
He outlined a 5-year vision for the Ghana Army anchored on professional development, modernisation, innovation and welfare improvement. He reminded the students that leadership development by way of promotions and appointments would be continuous, transparent, and merit-based.
Brigadier General Jackson Wonje appreciated COAS for the lecture and presented a plaque in recognition of his inspirational leadership.
