The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) is the unified armed force of Ghana, consisting of the Army (GA), Navy (GN), and Air Force (GAF). The missions of the armed forces are to ensure the defence and protection of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state of Ghana.

The Ghana Armed Forces has a rich tradition of maintaining peace and security both domestically and internationally through peacekeeping missions.
