Col Shooter expressed his joy at the successful remodeling of the old structure by the talented architects and engineers of the Directorate. He also expressed gratitude to the Commanding Officer (CO) and the dedicated work Staff from the 49 Engineer Regiment for their exceptional work.

The Outgoing Director, Col Shooter stated that the Conference Complex christened "HOLDFAST," has two magnificent conference halls. The larger hall has two comfortably seats a minimum of 40 persons around the table and can accommodate up to 85 individuals with full air-condition, modern audio-visual equipment, captivating lighting, and plush seating arrangements. The second hall, known as the Director's Hall, is a more intimate space, seating 15 persons with comfortable seating and world-class audio-visual settings. He noted, these two halls provide the Directorate with an ideal environment to host meetings and facilitate productive discussions.

Col Shooter offered his heartfelt congratulations to Col Jonas Wiafe on his appointment as the new Director of Engineer Services. He encouraged Officers, Men, Women, and Defence Civilian support the new Director to succeed.
