The Managing Director of Ghana Post, Ms Rita Sraha has paid a courtesy call on the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS), Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) William Agyapong on Friday 7 November 2025 at the General Headquarters.

Ms Sraha congratulated Lt Gen Agyapong on his promotion and appointment, and used the occasion to formally introduce herself in her capacity as Managing Director of Ghana Post.

Lt Gen Agyapong thanked Ms Sraha for the visit and emphasized stronger collaboration between the Ghana Armed Forces and Ghana Post to enhance efficiency. He also urged innovative steps to simplify recruitment and eliminate long queues for applicants.

Ghana Post, the nation’s designated postal operator, operates a network of more than 360 post offices nationwide, offering courier and financial services, including remittances, insurance, and traditional mail delivery.
