Family of the late Lt Col Duncan (Rtd) calls on CDS

Family of the late Lt Col Kenneth Duncan has paid a courtesy call on the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS) Vice Admiral Seth Amoama on Thursday 7 October 2021 at his office in Burma Camp.

The delegation led by his son, Kakra Kodjo Duncan, said the visit was to officially inform the Military High Command of the demise of their father. He disclosed that, the burial and final funeral rites were scheduled to be held on the 29 October, 2021 at Garrison Methodist Presby Church (GMPC) and the body will be  interned at the military cemetery.

CDS, on his part expressed his deepest condolence to the family and stated that the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) would provide the necessary support needed to give the late Lt Col Duncan (Rtd), a befitting military assisted burial.

The late Lt Col KK Duncan Rtd commissioned in the year 1971 and retired on 20 June 1982 a day after he was promoted to Lt Col. He served the colours for 11 years.
