As we mark the successful completion of the Ramadan fast, I take the opportunity to congratulate all Muslims of Ghana Army and to wish them a Happy Eid-Ul-Fitr celebration. I pray that the period brings to us renewed spirit of dedication and sense of duty to Ghana and the Armed Forces. Let’s remain focused and continue to remind ourselves of the essence of the fasting and prayers so that we will be united as an Army.
The Ghana Army is thankful to Allah for the protection and blessings bestowed on personnel and family in the face of the Covid-19 global pandemic. Let us continue to champion the course of the Government in containing the spread of the virus and adhere to the laid down protocols. To this end, I urge all to follow the directives on public gatherings during the Eid Ul-Fitr celebrations.
May Allah flood our lives with love for one another, happiness and our minds with wisdom on this special occasion. I wish you a happy Eid-Ul-Fitr.
