Col Ibrahim Bin Mohammed has assumed the mantel of leadership as the new Commander of Army Combat Training School (ACTS) on Wednesday 31 March, 2021 at the Army Combat Training School, Whistler barrack in Teshie.
The guest of honor, Commander, Army Training Command (ATRAC), Brig Gen Winfred Dzandu-Hedidor in his remarks, commended Col George Oppong, the outgoing Commander, ACTS for his leadership qualities and achievement during his tenure as Commander. He urged him to bring to bear his rich experience as he assumes a new role as the Director General of Armed Forces Central Band. He also congratulated Col Ibrahim Bin Mohammed on his appointment as Commander, ACTS.
The out-going Commander, Col George Oppong expressed his gratitude to officers, men, women and civilian employees of the Command for the support accorded him during his tenure. He used the opportunity to appeal to them to accord the new Commander the same support in order to steer the affairs of the Command forward.
The incoming Commander, ACTS, Col Ibrahim Bin Mohammed on his part expressed gratitude to Allah for his grace and mercies upon his life. He also thanked the Military High command for the confidence reposed in him to lead ACTS
