GoodAire Africa Limited has on Monday 31 August 2020, donated medical items worth GH? 12000.00 to the 37 Military Hospital at the forecourt of the hospital’s headquarters in Accra.
According to the Marketing Manager of the company, Mr Philip Binah, the purpose for the donation was to help the hospital combat the COVID19 outbreak in country.
He added that the benevolence was as part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to the community and also to create partnership with the hospital. He stated that the items would go a long way to ease the tension on the hospital’s management and the entire staff.
Mr Philip Binah stated management and staff of the hospital had played a significant role in the fight against COVID19 hence deserved such benevolence.
The Chief Nursing Officer 37 Military Hospital Accra, Col Josephine Osei-Vowotor receiving the items on behalf of the hospital expressed gratitude to GoodAire Africa Limited for their kind gesture and also acknowledged the effort of the hospital in the fight against COVID19.
Some of the items presented to the hospital included; face masks, humidifiers, disinfectants and thermometer guns.
