29 May 2019. The Brigade Commander, Brigadier General Stanley Brian Alloh has given his morale support to the team that will represent the Support Services Brigade in this year’s EX-Tigers Path during his interaction with them on Wednesday, 29 May 2019 at the lecture Hall of Brigade, Burma Camp.
Brig Gen Alloh in his remarks stated that troops had been training for over a month and are poised to win the competition. He further stated that strong that continuous training was crucial for the achievement of their core mandate stipulated in the Constitution of Ghana.
Brig Gen Alloh, stated that TIGERS PATH 2019 was a daunting task and troops should exchange training ideas to foster a healthy spirit of competition and lay a solid foundation for a formidable winning team for the upcoming competition.
He reiterated that despite the numerous administrative challenges associated with forming a team at a short notice, it was important for troops to tune their minds to emerge as champions. He said the Brigade won in 2015 and could do same in 2019. He, however, urged troops to be disciplined during training and participate fully in the competition.
The aim of the Ex-Tigers path is to sharpen the skills of jungle craft, leadership and inter service cooperation and improve esprit-de-corps among troops.
