DCE Commits to Healthy Living

The Directorate of Civilian Establishment (DCE) has on Friday 7 February, 2020 pledged to commit to a healthy living through a monthly health walk.

The maiden walk started from the forecourt of DCE through Airforce Base to the Ghana Armed Forces Sports Complex and back to DCE.

Capt (GN) FB Anokye-Boakye, noted that the military thrives on healthy living, the reason Civilian Employees as part of the military must endeavor to keep fit.


Lt Col Asamoah further stated that the health walk would be a monthly exercise and it is open to all civilians in the various Units as well as military personnel who want to keep fit regularly.

An aerobics session which was coordinated by Physical Training Instructors (PTIs) of the Ghana Armed Forces Physical Training School (GAFPTS) was held at the forecourt of DCE to end the walk.
