The Assistant Chief of Staff, Logistics, Group Captain GK Arko Dadzie on behalf of the Chief of Staff (COS) of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF), Maj Gen Oppong-Peprah has bid the out-going French Defence Attaché (DA), Lt Col Philip Costes farewell on Friday, 2 August, 2019 at his office at Burma Camp.
He lauded him for promoting the cooperation between Ghana and the French government, projecting Ghanaians who have been to the French War College as well as availing affirmative programs to Ghana.
Gp Capt Dadzie informed the delegation that bilateral military programs have been established between the previous and current ambassadors.
He then presented an artifact which signifies unity between both countries to Lt Col Philip Costes.
Lt Col Philip Costes thanked COS for the kind gesture and introduced the new French Liaison Officer in the person of Lt Col Thierry Gelas-Dore.
