The Ghana Navy Male Handball Team has paid a courtesy call on the Flag Officer Commanding (FOC) Eastern Naval Command, Commodore Maxwell Arhen, on Monday 9 September 2024 at the Eastern Naval Command in Tema. The visit was aimed at receiving commendation for their remarkable achievement in emerging as victors at the maiden edition of the Oguaa Fetu Afahye Handball Championship, held at the University of Cape Coast Handball Court. Commodore Arhen warmly welcomed and praised the team for their dedication and outstanding performance. He advised them not to rest on their laurels but to use their success as motivation to strive even harder. He also reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to supporting their continued excellence. Leading Seaman Tagoe Seek Theophilus was honoured at the recent championship as the best goalkeeper.
