The gesture was warmly acknowledged by the Flag Officer Commanding (FOC), ENC, Commodore Solomon Asiedu-Larbi, who described it as exemplary and worthy of emulation. Stating that the initiative would go a long way to enhance the image of the school and set it on the path to becoming a first-class institution within the community. Commodore Asiedu-Larbi said plans were underway to expand the school’s infrastructure, expressing optimism that the act of generosity would inspire further investments in the academy's development. He commended the Headmistress, Miss Beatrice Charway and the entire staff for their dedication and commitment in fostering a supportive educational environment. Receiving the gift, Miss Charway conveyed deep gratitude to Commander Dadzi and Lieutenant (GN) Ofori-Amanfo for their timely and impactful assistance. She noted that the donation would significantly enhance graduation ceremony experience for students, thereby reinforcing the Academy’s identity and instilling a sense of pride among its graduates. Commander(Cdr) Okyere Dadzi and his wife Lieutenant (GN) Boadiwaa Ofori-Amanfo, have donated 50 pieces of graduation robes to The Young Sailors Academy at the Eastern Naval Command (ENC), Tema on Monday 21 July 2025.
