The Army Drill and Duties School of the Army Combat Training School has graduated 77 students of the Drill and Duty Course 1-23 on Friday, 14 July 2023 at the Adiko Square, Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). The 12-week course for selected Senior Non-Commissioned Officers of GAF and other sister security services assembled on 30 April 2023. The course participants were composed of 61 personnel from the Ghana Army, 7 from the Ghana Navy, 6 from the Ghana Air Force, 1 from Ghana Prisons Service, 2 from Ghana National Fire Service and 2 from Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority. This Course is designed to equip participants with additional command and leadership skills crucial in the discharge of their respective duties in all Units and Formations of GAF. The Commander, Army Training Command, Brigadier General (Brig Gen) Stephen Woseadzikpo Kwaku Parbey in his speech, congratulated the graduands and Instructors for their commitment and resilience for effectively achieving the required standards of training over the period. He asserted that the high standard of drill displayed by the graduands was evident of the level of training they had gone through. According to him, it was gratifying to watch the outstanding turn-out, bearing and accurate execution of the various sequences of actions and drill movements. Brig Gen Parbey stated that their splendid performance was a testament of the high standards they had attained as a course. He charged the graduating students not to be oblivious of the fact that they are an important part in the chain of command and must always be aware of the indispensability of their contributions to command and control. He further extended his gratitude to the families of the graduands for their moral support throughout the period of the course. Some graduates who excelled in the cause of the training were awarded. The Best Allied Student Award went to Sgt Abga Yaw Kuma Joy of the Ghana Prisons Service; WOII Dwomoh Louis took the Forces Sergeant Major’s Award. The Commander Army Combat Training School Award went to Sgt Obuo Vivian while the Commander Army Training Command Award went to SSgt Ampong George. 
The 2nd Runner Up went to Sgt Ladzo Daniel while the 1st Runner Up went to Sgt Abladze Louis Edem. Sgt Ahiable Benson emerged the Overall Best in the Course.
