The Acting 16 Artillery Brigade Commander, Colonel (Col) Selorm Kwasi Amengor, and his entourage paid a three-day working visit to the 66 Artillery Regiment and the Artillery Training School from 11 to 13 September 2024.

The visit enabled the Acting Brigade Commander and his staff officers to brief the troops on the formation of new artillery units and to inspect the 16 Artillery Brigade Area of Operation. 

During a durbar with the troops, Col Amengor commended them for their hard work and dedication to the regiment. He briefed them on the formation of the 67 and 68 Artillery units and the distinct logos representing their identities. He urged the troops to support the common goal of enhancing the success of the regiment.

The entourage toured various development project sites within the unit and later paid courtesy calls on the Regional Minister and the Members of the Regional Security Council.
