The Leadership Training School (LTS) of the Ghana Navy held the closing ceremony for the Senior Rates Administration Course (SRAC) 2/2025 at the Eastern Naval Command (ENC) in Tema on Thursday 11 December 2025.

Lieutenant Commander Evans Kwame Adzakloe, Commanding Officer of LTS, commended the students for their dedication, discipline, and resilience throughout the course. He stressed the importance of applying the leadership principles learned during training and upholding the core values and standards of the Ghana Navy. He noted that the Navy’s effectiveness depends on leaders who demonstrate integrity, initiative, sound judgment, and an unwavering commitment to duty.

As part of their practical training, participants implemented a small-scale gardening project within the school premises. The initiative aimed to foster teamwork and responsibility while addressing a local need. The thriving garden is expected to provide produce to support the institution and contribute to its sustainability efforts.

In a gesture of service and appreciation, the graduates donated 55 printed copies of Armed Forces Regulations (AFR) Volume II to the school. The Commanding Officer gratefully received the donation, noting that it will enhance academic references, administrative efficiency, and future training programmes.
