The Teshie Camp Methodist Presbyterian Church (TCMPC) has held its 65th Anniversary thanksgiving service on Sunday 30 November 2025 under the theme “Celebrating 65 Years of God’s Goodness and Impacting Our Community with the Gospel”.

Speaking on the theme, the Immediate Past Presiding Bishop of the Methodist Church Ghana, Most Rev Dr Paul K Boafo, reminded the congregation of God’s enduring goodness, urging them to remain grateful for His faithfulness from the church’s inception to the present. He also emphasised that the church must remain prayerful, advocate for the poor and practise generosity to positively impact lives.

The Guest of Honour, Presidential Staffer at the Office of the President, Jubilee House, Hon. Nana Akyempim Jantuah in her address, noted the moment was for honoring the pioneers whose sacrifices and commitment have shaped the development of the church. She further commended the congregation for organizing activities such as donations to the LEKMA Hospital, cleanup exercises and other community-impact projects that demonstrated love and service.

The Chairman of the celebration, Brigadier General Emmanuel Okyere, encouraged members to let their faith inspire actions that contribute to the progress of the community and the nation at large.
