Religious Parade held in honour of Brig Gen Yeboah Agyapong

A farewell Religious Parade has been held for the outgoing Commander of the 37 Military Hospital, Brig Gen Micheal Akwasi Yeboah Agyapong at the St Michael Catholic Church in Accra on Sunday 14 July 2019.

The Religious Parade was held prior to the handing/taking over and pulling out ceremony which will be held on Friday 19th July 2019 at the premises of the 37 Military Hospital. It was also to give thanks to God for his thirty-two (32) years of dedicated service to the Medical Corps and the Ghana Armed Forces at large.

Preaching on the theme “Your Faith in God shall be rewarded,” the Presiding Bishop of the Methodist Church Ghana, Bishop Col Paul Adjei Brewu (Rtd), encouraged members of the Church to put their trust, faith and confidence in God because He never disappoints.

He eulogised Brig Gen Yeboah Agyapong as an astute Military Officer and said they were both enlisted into the Ghana Military Academy on 14th August 1987 with 35 members.

Brig Gen Yeboah Agyapong on his part expressed appreciation to God for how far He had brought him after serving the colours for 32 years and for His protection over him and his family.

The outgoing Commander of the facility advised personnel of the Hospital to show love to patients and treat them well at all times. He encouraged all to put their trust in the Lord, adding that, God had been faithful to him and his family throughout his dedicated service to GAF.
Present at the Religious Parade were the Commanding Officer (CO) of the Hospital, Col Nii Adjah Obodai, Senior Officers and personnel of the formation.
